What delivery costs

Delivery is free on orders of $75 or more, measured on your basket total, which is the figure shown in the cart.

Below $75, express delivery at $25 is the only service the cart offers, so under that threshold the faster service costs you nothing extra.

Express delivery is also available as a paid upgrade at $25 on any order, including one that already qualifies for free delivery. You choose it in the cart.

How long it takes

New Zealand: 5 to 7 days.

That is on top of a 24 to 48 hour order handling and processing time, which is how long it takes us to pick and pack. Express is faster than standard once an order is packed; we do not publish a fixed express delivery time.

Tracking

You will get an email with a tracking number as soon as your order ships. For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase may be sent in separate parcels and can arrive on different days.

Where we deliver

We deliver all over New Zealand, including Auckland, Wellington, Christchurch, Hamilton, Tauranga, Napier-Hastings, Dunedin, Palmerston North, Nelson and Rotorua.

Every price on this store is in New Zealand dollars. No tax is added at the checkout: the amount shown in your basket is the amount you pay.
